Celebrate Juneteenth with QCC – Where Community Connects

Updated: Jun 17, 2023

Hello future patients and friends of QCC! As we eagerly prepare to open our doors in November, we are thrilled to invite you to commemorate a significant day in our nation's history with us – Juneteenth.

Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day, marks the end of slavery in the United States, a milestone that has shaped our community and nation. At QCC, we value the diversity and resilience that make our community unique. It's the essence of our slogan, "Where Community Connects." It's a testament to our commitment to serve and strengthen the ties within our community even before our clinic opens.

Our dedication extends beyond healthcare. We believe in celebrating our shared heritage and history together. That's why we're delighted to announce our participation as a vendor at the 5th annual Juneteenth RI Festival.

We see this festival as an opportunity to connect with you on a deeper level, share in the joys of our community, and learn more from each other. We encourage you to join us at this significant event. Not only will it be a day of commemoration and reflection, but it will also be an opportunity to meet your future healthcare partners from QCC. Our providers will be there to answer any questions you may have about the services we will be offering, and we're eager to listen to your health concerns, suggestions, and experiences.

The Juneteenth RI Festival will take place on June 18, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EDT at Roger Williams Park TEMPLE TO MUSIC, F C Greene Memorial Blvd, Providence, RI 02910, USA.

Remember, at QCC, you're not just a future patient; you're a valuable part of our community. We are here to serve you, to listen to you, and to care for you, not just in health matters, but on all things that affect our community's well-being.

So, come and celebrate Juneteenth with us! Let’s honor our history, celebrate our progress, and connect for a healthier future. We look forward to seeing you there, and subsequently at QCC - Where Community Connects, this coming November.

Stay tuned for more details. Here's to our shared heritage, our continued resilience, and a future brimming with health and connection!
