  • Are you accepting new patients?
    Yes, we welcome new individuals and families. Please call us at 401-443-8943 or book an appointment online.
  • Which insurance plans do you take?
    We accept a variety of major insurance plans. If you don't see yours in our list, please call our office.
  • Do you offer same-day appointments?
    We do our best to accommodate urgent needs when possible. Call early to check availability.
  • Can I book a virtual visit?
    Yes, telemedicine is offered for eligible needs when in-person visits aren't feasible. Call our office to find out if your appointment qualifies.
  • What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
    We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A $35 fee will apply for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. Patients who are more than 15 minutes late may lose their appointment slot. After three no-shows, further action may be taken. Click the button below to read our full policy
  • How do I request a prescription refill?
    Please contact your pharmacy first and have them send an electronic refill request to avoid any delays. If there’s an issue with that process, you can request a refill through our patient portal or call the office during business hours.
  • How do I access the kareo patient portal log in
    We’ll email you an invitation so you can create an account. Then, go to portal.kareo.com or click the Portal Login button on our site. If you didn’t get an invitation, please visit our clinic to activate your portal in person. We do not activate portals by phone.
